Small efficient lobby. Nice staff. Very sweet and kind
Room was as expected. Clean. Nice bed tv great shower. Only small issue I couldn’t figure out the air in and room was a little warmer than I wanted.

Two complaints: the room had tiny desk and bedside tables. Also, I complained about their employees cleaning the rooftop and making lots of noise at 7AM, and it happened again few days later, and took lots of back and forth to get them to stop. DO NOT STAY on the 7th floor, because I expect them to continue to do this. Finallly, the staff tends to argue with you instead of addressing the problem like a five star hotel.
