The property is immaculate. The staff were wonderful. The views from the hotel were breathtaking. As well as the park right next to the property that looks out over all of Sasebo.

The kind staff, the breathtaking location & view, the onsen, the food, the architectural design. It was an amazing stay. The best in my two weeks in Japan.
