The experience was amazing and the staff were very helpful. The only problem was we booked the king size bed suite and when we got there we were given the double bed suite instead . We paid for the king size bed room but we got a cheaper room instead so we lost money . Also the small room didn’t have a microwave and that’s one of the main reasons we got the king room . But after 2 days the staff were able to get a microwave in the smaller room . Overall great place to stay except for that one issue .

That it was just steps from 5th avenue. Anything you may need is just steps away. They had 7-eleven and Oxxo stores everywhere. Ac worked great rooms were spacious. My only thing was water pressure for the shower needs improved. Pool was too shallow to swim but you can lounge in it
