Excellent location on the waterfront. Very peaceful until a young group arrived next door. The full kitchen was nice, and helped to defray food costs.

Great place to stay overlooking the ocean and a few steps to the beach. Our room had a kitchen with a full sized fridge, stove/ oven, and dishwasher. The bed was comfortable with nice linen. It's a few minutes drive to Montauk town with restaurants and shops. The large pool is nice and having a service where the staff will set you up on the beach with lounge chairs, umbrellas and towels is a plus.

We stayed here due to a wedding so unit was clean convenient and priced well and we had a lovely time.
Staff was great and the parking was easy !
