The staff were lovely. Even helped us arrange transportation to our concert venue. The rooms are clean and basic. This hotel is quite tired but we had no issues with clean sheets and hot water. It was good for 1 night.

The hotel felt homey and very welcoming. I felt like I was visiting family by the country side. It was very nice. The room was clean and practical. It was at a perfect location minutes from the beautiful Keuka Lake.
