こちらのミスで、洋室のつもりが和室のシングルを予約してしまったのですが、
連れのアメリカ人は"Japanese Traditional Style called Tatami!!"と、
とても喜んでくれました。（欧米人は床で眠ることを嫌う事もある）
部屋も快適で、スタッフさんの対応も満点。満足の滞在でした。

I was very pleasantly surprised by Hotel Tsukuba Hills Umezono. For the price, I expected something rather run down, with a barely satisfactory breakfast. But the lobby area was pleasant; the free coffee was fine; the room was clean and odor-free, with space to sit and work at the desk (even in the smallest room); the hot water was plentiful; the bed was firm and comfortable; and the breakfast featured a surprising variety of tasty items. It's not a "great" hotel, but considering the very reasonable rate, it was an excellent value.

Staff and service was amazing! Really helpful! Always smiling and truly kind!
The only difficulty was the mold in the bathroom and the room.
