Nice friendly staff.It was racing upon my arrival and the gentleman at the desk ran outside with an umbrella to escort me in. Great Service!
As for the room a the bathrooms are nice and big but the beds could use new mattresses....very uncomfortable in the room given to us but the ones in the room on the second floor were great. Overall I would recommend staying there. Have another Graduation next year I'll be sure to book again

Brittany was great … we had an issue with our room and she was so helpful in resolving the issue!!! Great stay in Charlotte!!
