All inclusive = all day water fun and all day delicious food. Roberto, Neftali, Natividida, Adela and Nicole were especially helpful. Everyone is welcomed here and there’s nothing but good times. We will be back soon Dreams Flora Punta Cana.

Room = clean just sewer smell from toilets which is typical this part of dr hotels
Over all cleanless = looks good just saw one cockroach in a hallway u are in tropical heat so it is normal
Food = good food overall , buffet is well maintained even tough fairly similar foods but as far as freshness and quality it is good. Hibachi was good also other a la cartes are good as well. Just lunch times maybe other options can be helpfull . The fast food by beach , pizza guy is great not much the grill guy little rude not pleasant. Not judging personalities food overall is good as expected.
Pools: not too mang pools but ones there is clean well maintained. The water park for kids are great and well supervised.
Bars: bartenders and drink are good. Plenty of bars
Events and extras: everyday management provides live music entertainment and different food and drinks options which is pretty nice.
Entertainment professional and fun for all ages
Kids club was probably best part for me as they were very well certified and professional at what they do. If you have a kid and want them to be actively enjoy and learn they do great job.
Grounds and property very well landscaped well maintained
Beach worst part of the resort i might add. There is beach but not usable. Seaweed and some orange colored areas took over the whole area. The water does not look feasable to even put ur feet in. If beach was clean and water is blue crystal this would be a destination which will cost double.

Excellent resort. My wife and I stayed here for 1 week for our honeymoon and were very happy with our stay. The grounds are beautiful, the pools are clean and huge. The seven restaurants on site are all high quality, our favorite was the French restaurant Bordeaux. The breakfast buffet was good and fresh, especially the fruit. They have entertainment shows every night at 9pm, and otherwise have live performers every evening so there is dancing and fun going on regularly. This is a quieter resort that is family friendly, there were lots of families with young kids and that made for a more relaxed vibe - which is exactly what we were looking for. You're definitely not going to have raging parties and the craziness here that are at other resorts. The room service and customer service in general were excellent. The one negative was the beach, which was overflowing with sargassum. Almost nobody swam in the ocean and the beach had a rotten egg smell to it- which is pretty much the norm for all resorts on this part of the island. We took an excursion to the Macao beach and the water there was crystal clear blue. This resort has so many great pools that not using the ocean was not even a downside for us. Overall, I highly recommend this resort.
