Very nice and helpful staff, good breakfast buffet, great location with Santa Maria Novella and its piazza just around the corner. Spacious, luxurious bathroom and powerful air conditioning. With the old furniture and painted ceiling the ambiance in my room felt very much like an Italian place with history.

Excellent hotel. Would stay here again and will be recommending to friends! Excellent value, close to the train station and all the sights are walkable. The room was huge with an amazing bathroom and beautifully painted ceiling. Very clean and comfortable. Staff were so nice and the breakfast was 10/10.

The motel room was clean and very comfortable. The staff was courteous and helpful at all times. The breakfast was very good.
A suggestion from me to management, as to send a description of how to enter the motel and how the elevator works prior to arrival would’ve been helpful. Especially for foreign visitors.
Like the central location. I would stay there again.

The hotel is very close to the train station, and all the main attractions are within walking distance. There are also plenty of restaurants right outside the hotel.
Both the room and the bathroom were clean and comfortable.
The breakfast was excellent. The sunny-side-up eggs with runny yolks were fantastic!
