The staff were helpful. The only issue we had was the pressure in the shower was too strong. They fixed it the next day.

Room was very clean. They offered a variety of pillows from soft to firm. I did wish there was water offered along with the morning coffee.

Everything was great except the hot water which there was none. But everything else was great would stay again

Clean and upgraded facility. The kitchen needs some help! We ordered a flatbread and a chicken sandwich. 25 minutes later no food....no staff. I yelled into the kitchen to see what was the problem. The said "trainee"? We were to be at a concert at another venue. I said I want my money back! He brought out flatbread that was soupy and disgusting---perhaps he microwaved it????
The chicken was so burnt it looked black against the bun. NOT FIT TO EAT AND HE HID IN THE BACK SO I DIDN'T GET REFUNDED!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT EAT THERE FOR LUNCH OR DINNER.
The breakfast at checkout was good and so was the staff member there in charge. She was very accomodating!
