Location, location, location!!! can’t be beat! , Communication with the host was excellent. We got lost and he stayed on the phone with us with street by street instruction until we made it back! visiting Florence. I would only stay here.

Clean rooms and person waited 1 hour for us even though it wasn't a hotel. Mai. Reason being FreeNow app for taxi and Uber app doesn't seem to pick up any taxi at all.
What we didn't like:
From pictures of property it shows balcony which wasnt there. Shower in bathroom was smallest we have ever seen.
Water pressure for shower was very low.
What we liked:
Very good location to visit historical places.
Internet was high speed 100+ Mbps
Room is very spacious, has kitchen, some utensils, dishes and cups.

Great location. Looks like the pictures. Host was helpful. Our shower was not warm, but since we were only there one day, I did not ask host to address the situation. Lovely place right next to duomo.
