The room was spotless, specious and comfortable. The kitchenette was a Nice to have, as it allowed us to buy some fruits and salads for snacks and light dinners when needed. Super friendly staff, specially E who made our breakfast extra special everyday, Fern, who was always attentive and caring about our comfort and needs, and Phoe, who's smile and friendliness made us feel at home. Really everyone was super nice. Just don't remember all their names. We got to spend Thai New Year's Festival, Songkran, at Chian Mai. What a wonderful experience! And the hotel location is perfect for being right in the fun! Will definitely return to Chiang Mai and Villa Alana. Thank youuuu.

The hotel is amazing, a very upscale and beautiful space. The staff are fantastic. The only issue is it is located on a very busy street that is almost impossible to cross. While the place is beautiful I would not book here again due to the busy street (for the price).

For those who have been here, the location could be subjective. It’s 10 minutes walk from interesting places so maybe that’s a negative or positive, but to me it is a positive thing; meaning it’s less crowded with a nice quiet comfort surroundings but if you get the front room next to the road, you will hear traffic during the daytime, but during the night time, it quieten down quite a bit.
The room is AWESOME. Clean, comfortable, with refrigerator and safe, lots of clean towels and very nice pillows and a comfortable bed.
The hotel has an adjacent restaurant you could order from and the price is consistent to the level of clientele it serves I never really ordered from them.
The staff were very helpful and friendly. True for most places in Thailand.
I really have no complaints. It’s pretty much perfect for what I needed and was looking for.
So yes, I recommend this place especially for couples.
