Great location, and the room was very clean. Our shower drain was clogged, so the water ponded quite a bit but didn’t flow into the rest of the bathroom.

We had an amazing stay here and honestly have nothing to complain about.
The location is excellent. You can walk pretty much everywhere in Florence, and even when we were right in the city center, it took us less than 10 minutes to get back. Ponte Vecchio and many of the main attractions are very close, and there are plenty of restaurants, kebab places, bars and clubs nearby. There’s also a supermarket literally next door, which was incredibly convenient for buying food, drinks, or anything else we needed.
The room itself was really nice and comfortable, and ours even had beautiful artwork painted on the ceiling, which gave it a very authentic Florentine feel.
But the highlight of our stay was definitely Francesco. He was absolutely amazing with us. He helped us get a taxi, gave us recommendations and tips about the city, and even sent us a PDF with some of the best places to visit in Florence. We also arrived late and had to do a late check-in, and he made everything incredibly easy. I just called him, he immediately answered and helped us get inside without any problems.
Great room, great location, and outstanding hospitality from Francesco. We had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again!
