I checked in around 3 pm. A female receptionist came out as soon as I enter the lobby. Lobby was clean and smelled nice. I did not receive welcome gifts. The next morning there were bunch of welcome bags sitting the back of the front desk so definitely not out of stock. I do not know why the receptionist did not give to me. I was charged $20 when checked in and told that it will be refunded at the time of check out. When checking out, I was told that it will take a couple of days. Now I have to check my credit card account and worry if the money returned. This spoils my trip a lot. Kobi, the receptionist who checked me out told me to call the hotel if no refund was processed. The room was clean. In the fitness room, there was a spider web hanging from the ceiling to the machine.

Very clean. Looks like it was recently remodeled. Friendly and inviting staff. Would stay again for sure!
