It was a little tricky for me to rate this hotel as it wasn't perfect for me as a business traveler, but it would be great for a tourist in the city.
The staff are friendly, the hotel is very clean and new, it is near the conference centre and accessible by public transport. Breakfast is included in the rate and there is a big room at the back where I saw people had stored their bicycles overnight. Coffee and drinks in the room are included, the shower was good and some toiletries were included. Wifi is good, and there are enough power sockets, but the only issue for me as a business traveller is that the room is small, so the desk is small and there is only a stool to sit on - not great if you need to work in your room. However, I still gave the hotel 5 stars.

Every staff member was super friendly and helpful. I felt safe there as a solo traveller and slept well! Plus it's close to helpful tram links and a 10min walk to the old town/bridge. Would recommend and stay again!

Location is excellent. Room was very clean. More storage and organizational options on the room would be appreciated. For example, more hooks and shelves.
