Excellent staff. - front desk was helpful.and answered all our questions. Breakfast was good and manager seemed was also quite good. Location was great, with a tram stop close by - with the free Basel card given by the hotel, easy to travel in the city.
Mattresses were very soft. We stayed during a heat wave so the lack of AC kept the room very hot all night-not their fault as it is advertised as such.

The hotel is located on a quiet street, within easy walking distance of many cafes and shops. The staff were really welcoming and nice. The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was tasty. Highly recommended!

The only good thing was the breakfast, food quality was great and the person at the breakfast room was super nice.
The room was incredibly hot, it was impossible to get any sleep because of that. The fan was barely making any difference and because of the position of the window, no air was coming in. The matresses were very uncomfortable and overall level of cleaness was not great.
