This property has lots of space. Two good sized bedrooms, a living room with a dining table, and a full kitchen including a real refrigerator and and a range with an oven. It is located on a nice street within walking distance of the main square and other attractions.
Check in was confusing. It states that the address is Corso Garibaldi 12, unit 64. Actually it is located at Corso Garibaldi 64. This caused a lot of inconvenience as it was a very hot day, well over 90 degrees, and we had been traveling for several hours already.
Once we got in, the thermostat was set to 29 Celsius, equivalent to 84 Fahrenheit. The AC took a long time to cool things down. Not only that, it had a setting built in to return to 29 after 30 minutes. I eventually figured out how to change the settings.
The walls are very thin. You can hear the conversations of neighbors clearly.
The beds are set low to the floor, and the mattresses are thin and firm, though I slept well and wasn't achy in the morning.
What you are getting is a lot of room and amenities and a good location. What you are not getting is hotel-like convenience. It's a trade off and you have to decide if the benefits outweigh the annoyances.

Communication was smooth. Larger than we thought. Would be perfect for 4. No laundry in our unit when expedia listing lead us to believe there would. Double check with company if that is priority. Excellent location for night life. Easy access to trains and walk ability 10/10. 3rd floor with elevator.

Good location and nice interior. Only drawback is located on a busy street so noisy late and early in the morning.

We loved our stay in Brera, the accommodation was exactly as advertised. It was clean and had everything we needed. Close to the train station, restaurants and tourist sites. The communication about check in was thorough and efficient. We really appreciated the welcome bottle of wine to celebrate our wedding anniversary.
