The digital remote was hard to work. The a/c was broken but no one told me that. I just thought the a/c was working as best it could at a poor level. The area is easy to access downtown by subway but not near any shops or restaurants.

In general everything is clean, helpful staff, very good vegetarian breakfast.
But bunch of unnecessary stuff in the room (tablet, TV in the bathroom, smart speaker).
Big tablet to control various things in the room, but not possible to turn off the tablet itself at night, had to improvise closing it to make things dark. The same for the AC - fancy way to control the temperature from the tablet, but no way to control the fan).
For me, the single best indicator of the quality of the hotel room is quality of sleep. If the hotel can't provide pitch dark room and (relatively) silent room - it's very hard to give 5 stars.

Lovely spacious room. Hotel was not busy so lovely quiet stay. Food was delicious.
