Freti (owner/manager) was great! Easy to communicate with and made everything super easy. Check in and Check out was seamless with a combination code lockbox right outside the apartment. The apartment itself was very clean and spacious and in a great location (easy walk to the main town square) and Cathedral and other historical sites. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others. Thank you!

The pans to cook on need to be replaced they are in awful condition and some of the cooking utensils were broken (handles falling off) but otherwise the place was great to stay at, clean, had everything you need and very easy check in/out, fast response from host when needed.

This appartment had a lot of things usefull for a travellor like espresso machine, everything that you need in a kitchen. The living room was spacious. And this appartment was well located around Zagreb downtown.

The Superior Stay Zagreb was a perfect place for our family of 4 for 3 nights in early July. The apartment was clean and lots of space for our family. The self check in was easy and the neighbourhood was great. Underground parking closeby and easy to access. We enjoyed our stay and recommend Superior Stay. Cheers Reinhart Family
