Excellent location, great host and free parking!!

An Excellent location with free and secure parking. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, it's located walking distance from most of the known attractions as well as lots of restaurants, bars and shops. It was exactly what we needed for our day stay in Zagreb.

Not really a dislike but I think the apartment would be even more value for money with some minor upgrades especially to the bathroom and kitchen area which are both very dated.

Wonderful location for exploring Zagreb!

Good small apartment on a quiet street - looks like you can’t drive on the street, but you can - a bit confusing to get there, but once you find the spot, there is free parking inside an enclosed lot behind the apartment building. You need to contact the owner to have her let you in. The owner was friendly and helped us find the spot and get settled. This is a great location for wandering around the old town and the central square and is close to stores and cafes. We never used the car while in Zagreb - but walked a lot and took the trams to get a wider view of the city. It is very easy to navigate around the town on foot or by public transport, and there are a lot of beautiful buildings as well as nature to view. Just sitting in the Central Square watching the people and buildings was a pleasure. We especially enjoyed buying fruit and cheese from the local outdoor market in the morning. The room was quiet and comfortable and included a small kitchenette with stove top, kettle, and fridge - all that we needed. We would certainly recommend this apartment!

The location itself is quite close to the main square.

What I find misleading are the photos of the view. The view of the apartment was construction work in the making and very different from the pictures here on b2b. It looked very dodgy, especially when you came home in the evening. The bed was a disaster; I couldn't sleep all night - the mattress was nonexisting - probably very old. I woke up with the pain in my back and neck. The couch was very weird, with odd cushions that looked old. The apartment was cold; we had to wear jackets while watching the tv. I don't want to sound posh, but the apartment with a bed like that, a view like that, and a smelly bathroom should definitely be half the price.

Wonderful location!

Excellent location. We loved the street and neighborhood surrounding the apartment. It is easy to walk all around Zagreb from here. The master bedroom is beautiful with lots of space, airy, comfy bed and old world charm. The kitchen is functional with all you need to self-cater. The parking spot was very convenient. The hosts live in the building so they are available and easy to connect with.

The bathroom and kitchen is small and a little rough around the edges and could use some fixes/updating.

The appartment in the heart of the city

The location with a parking space was great. It was an unique view on the Cathedral. It´s quite close to everything in the city centre. Beds were comfortable. The host was very nice and friendly.

We stayed for one night. The building itself was old, but the apartment really comfortable, homey, and just a few minutes away (walking distance) from the city centre. Very convenient when you arrive with a car and need to park for free. It could get a bit noisy on Fridays and Saturdays (live music). However, I would recommend the place for sure.

Nothing to complain about. Everything was fine.

The location was right downtown and close to the train station.

The apartment and furnishings seemed old and the alleyway entrance smelled like urine.

Budge accommodation with great location

The location was great for walking around the center, close to all of the sights and attractions and very safe. There's a delicious thai take-out place nearby and a Spar supermarket. The host (and her mother) was very responsive and readily available. The parking space in the back lot was also great for leaving our car there until check-out. The room was really warm, and we didn't need to turn on the heating. It had everything we needed (electric kettle, fridge, kitchenware, etc.) and served the purpose of providing a good night's sleep and a hot shower. The wifi worked great

Some of the furniture (drawers, shelves, etc.) were kinda old and worn out, so we had to be extra careful with them. Other than that, no issues.

Great location 5 minutes from the main square. The greatest advantage is parking in the yard, which is included in the price. Host is nice and the place is quiet during the nighst.

Could have been cleaner, especially in the kitchen area.

The location is excellent! Near one of the main squares and you have many bars and restaurants nearby. It is a very good option to get to know the city if you are doing a short visit. The host was easily reachable and very nice. The apartment is spacious and it was clean. Very recommendable place!

The apartment next door was always with the door open (even at night) and it doesn't smell very good.
