The location was amazing
Apartment wasn’t cleaned as the floor was super dirty.
Central A/C was switching on and off all the time and wasn’t cooling properly the apartment.

The terrace is large and perfect for morning coffee. Location is good to get around. Responsive staff when they are available (9-9).
The building is quite rough. We were concerned about what we had booked upon arrival. Seemingly some construction happening or happened that wasn’t finished. The front door is unreliable. Sometimes the code would open it, other times it wouldn’t. We arrived late and the main entrance door wouldn’t open. Very concerned! Staff wasn’t available after 9pm to help us. Fortunately a neighbour let us in and the following day, after several messages explaining we needed a key, someone came to meet us to give us one. They apologized and didn’t know the door wasn’t working. The tenant who let us in knew it wasn’t working well.
The unit is as pictured though.
The kitchen is sparsely stocked. Not much provided there (no paper towel, one small kitchen towel, no spices or salt and pepper, 2 coffee pods only! Some instant coffee but we don’t use that). Basic: plates, cups, cutlery. I have a couple rentals and we leave much more for the guests to have and use. While the property is stylish there could be more provided. The shower leaks all over the floor no matter how you aim the shower heads. And since they’re quite clear that they won’t provide more towels it was not great to have to use two towels so that it didn’t leak into the hardwood floors. A little caulking would fix that easily.
In all it’s pretty but come prepared with whatever you may need.

"Excellent location, very close to the city center. Very clean and a large terrace with city views. Very quiet even though central. Close to plenty of cafes, restaurants, shops and main attractions!"
