The hotel itself was beautiful and clean. But the staff was OUTSTANDING! I will definitely stay again.
I was charged $31 twice for parking one night.

It’s modern, fun and along the river for a nice view o. The front side of the hotel. The KC street car is walking distance across from hotel to jump on and head down to your destination(River Market, PNL, Crossroads, Union station and I believe Country Plaza.

I liked the location
The parking app sucks had to redo a couple of times had to be on phone my daughter got hung up on you need to be better ruined part of the experience
