Beautiful hotel and wonderful staff! The rooms are inviting, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed. The location is perfect, with The Orion Amphitheater and several great restaurants all within easy walking distance. Be sure to try Salt Factory Pub, which is also just a short walk away!
A special shout-out to Dev and Ryan at the front desk for their warm, welcoming, and professional service. They made checking in quick and effortless. We had a wonderful stay!

They offered me a stay at the Holiday inn after cancelling my stay although still bummed I didn't get to stay here.
That they cancelled my reservation without a reason really.
