The appartment is not as well equiped as other. The manager is not « in control » ( broken fan, broken chair, matress unconfortable). Instructions says when leaving « turn off AC (there is no AC in the appartement) and put out the garbage ( you need a code to access city garbage container). Minimum stock of toilet paper for a 6 days stay (do we have to buy that ?). But they changes the broken fan fast. We did love the neibourghood

The place was fine overall, however it was expensive for the distance it was to city centre. They had left a dirty mop bucket in the bathroom which caused the entire bathroom to smell in addition to the bathroom not being as clean as you’d expect with hair on the floor in some corners. They also did not provide us with garbage bags or toilet paper. When we messaged them about the toilet paper they took a long time to respond said they’d get us some but never did so we had to buy our own. There was not enough soap provided for our length of stay. They only responded promptly when it came to check out procedures which was not provided before hand. Overall the stay was fine, but why am I paying for a cleaning fee if the place is not fully cleaned and not restocked.
