About this house rental
This gulf front home was completed in April 2024. Alfresco sets atop a massive north Cape San Blas dune and delivers on its name! This unbelievable vista offers three-hundred-sixty-degree views of the Gulf and Bay. You will see the outdoors and open air at every glance. The home features an abundance of floor to ceiling windows, endless decks, high ceilings, and a very open living space that makes you feel a part of the environment. The décor could be described as “industrial spa” that merges colors, tones and textures which flow with the setting and highlight the wonder of nature around it. The beach is easily accessed via a semi-private boardwalk on either the ground level or a private stairway from the second level deck.
Cape San Blas is a place where families come to relax, friends unite, and memories are made. This fifteen mile west-facing peninsula in the panhandle of Florida offers amazing white sand beaches, emerald gulf waters and the highest dunes on the gulf coast. This home sets only a short walk to St Joseph Peninsula and Rish State Parks where you will find miles and miles of untouched white sand beaches, access to the spectacular St Joe Bay and an enormous handicap accessible lap pool. The town of Port St Joe is a twenty-minute drive where you will find plenty of restaurants, shopping, and a full-service marina.

• Gourmet kitchen with large quartz island, stainless appliances, and tons of serving/pantry items.
• Large butler/prep/storage area just behind kitchen.

• Half bath off living area.

• King grand master bedroom suite
• King bedroom suite with desk
• Large laundry room
This home comes with a $250 beach gear credit. No events over the occupancy of the house are allowed.
An ample supply of the following essentials is provided with all Be Our Guest homes:
• Tre’Semme shampoo and conditioner
• Dove moisturizing soap in each bath
• Coffee filters
• Dishwasher pods
• Dish soap
• Laundry detergent
• Garbage bags
• Toilet paper
• Paper towels
• Hand soaps at each sink
• Beach towels

Can't say enough about Alfresco and Be Our Guest Vacation homes. The home has everything you need to enjoy your stay and only a few steps to the beach. Great location as we could easily walk to both Cone Heads and Long Bills, which we highly recommend. Overall great experience and will be a repeat customer.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Perfect Getaway!This beach house was everything we could’ve hoped for and more! The views were absolutely stunning — you could see the ocean from so many relaxing spots around the property, whether you were sipping coffee in the morning or winding down in the evening. It was the perfect balance of being close to the beach while still having peaceful places to chill and take in the view.The house itself was beautiful and so thoughtfully set up. The kitchen was a dream to cook in, and there was so much storage space for clothes and beach gear that nothing ever felt cluttered. We also loved that beach chairs and towels were provided — such a nice touch that made things so easy for us.It truly felt like a home away from home, and honestly, I don’t think we could stay anywhere else now. This house made our getaway unforgettable, and we’re already planning our next visit. Highly, highly recommend!
