We are a family-owned and will do our best to accommodate your every need. Please treat this home as if it were your own and don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions!
Winter Months: Snow is common. Vehicles that have AWD, 4x4 and FWD can get to the house fairly easily. RWD vehicles have a more difficult time when the roads are icy. Make sure to use Peter Lane to access the home. The roads are paved and plowed between snow storms, so you will most likely be fine. The driveway to the home is sloped and compact with gravel. When ice is present, DO NOT attempt to drive up the driveway if you do not have 4-Wheel Drive. You can park at the bottom of the driveway or on the street.
Animals: Many different animals may visit the area. Please keep your distance and be prepared to keep all trash locked in the designated area to avoid attracting bears (it's dangerous for you and the bears).
