The room served it’s purpose. Close to where we needed to be. Clean. The listing said a king bed, disappointed to find a full. Host was helpful and communicative.

Stay was very comfortable. Ft Smith is very much a fly fishing community with very little amenities, you need to know that going in. This stay is perfect for a fly fishing getaway - no frills but comfortable and has what you need.
