About this house rental

Located in the highly sought after Waukee Daybreak neighborhood; our custom built, modern style home, is located on a quiet Cul-du-sac and perfect for couples getting away for the weekend, business executives and family getaways. The spacious open floor plan is perfect for gathering as well as a large media room with full bar in the basement. Our outdoor patio has a custom-built pergola is perfect for outdoor lounging! And don't forget, a 3-car garage too!

Beautiful home with a very well appointed kitchen. The owner was very prompt to answer any questions. Conveniently located for West Des Moines/Waukee activities. Bedrooms and Bathrooms were accurately described and we found it very convenient to be able to park in a very clean and spacious garage. We didn’t use the outdoor amenities but the patio was beautiful and well appointed. We would rent again.

Everything about our stay was exactly as described. Beautiful home with everything we needed to make our son's 21st birthday weekend a memorable one. Host was easy to contact and quick to respond. Everything was perfect and we had no problems. We would definitely stay again!
