The property was amazing
The amenities were great and the location was perfect, the staff was extremely helpful and kind and the onset was amazing, if you are going to stay anywhere in Aso then this is the place.
素晴らしい宿泊施設でした。アメニティも充実しており、ロケーションも最高でした。スタッフの方々は非常に親切で丁寧な対応をしてくださり、温泉も素晴らしかったです。阿蘇で宿泊先をお探しなら、ここが一番のおすすめです。

とても親切で親身な印象を受けました。
②お風呂が良かった
10人ぐらい一度に入れそうなぐらい大きなお風呂で、お湯も良かったです。

価格とクオリティーのミスマッチ
サンドイッチのパンが乾燥していた。
ジュースが安っぽかった。
②ドッグラン
ノーメンテっぽかった。
ドッグランがあるのであれば、ゴミ箱もそばにあると良かったと思う。
③アメニティーや貸出品の補充不足
タオル（小）が足りなかったり、コーヒーが足りなかったりしていた。

一番は 宿泊料金ですね すごく お安くてうれしかったです
必要最低限の接客が
ある意味 よかった
清掃が きちんと おこなわれてない部分が気になりました 洗面台ボウル部分、トイレの手洗い部分、大浴場の天井部分 あと 気になったのが 洗面所のタオルがくすんで汚れてる
掛け布団が干してない？カバーを洗ってない？ネチャネチャしてて 気持ち悪かった
