We loved the location, the building, and the view! The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and entry was very easy.

The only thing that kept us from a full ten stars was the smoking. We knew it was supposed to be non-smoking, and the smoking smell was a problem the entire time.

Lokalizacja ekstra - świetny widok z tarasu, blisko do głównych atrakcji Chorzowa.

Apartament wymagający podreperowania - odstające/odpadające elementy itp. W opisie informacja o prywatnym parkingu. Niestety pod blokiem były szlabany a nie dostaliśmy klucza. Napisałam SMSa to dostałam informacje ze przecież można bezpłatnie zaparkować przed budynkiem, wiec musieliśmy szukać miejsca na osiedlu. Kołdra jednoosobowa - wyglada ładnie, ale w nocy bywa ciężko.

Na początku bardzo dobrze oceniłem kontakt z właścicielką apartamentu. Rozmowa była miła, uprzejma i sprawiała wrażenie, że pobyt przebiegnie bezproblemowo. Niestety już przed przyjazdem pojawiły się sytuacje, które wskazywały na brak doświadczenia w profesjonalnym prowadzeniu usług najmu krótkoterminowego.Brak kontaktu z kluczową informacją, że lokal który był przez nas zarezerwowany i opłacony nie będzie nadawał się do wynajęcia. Rezerwując apartament, kierowaliśmy się przede wszystkim jego lokalizacją oraz standardem wnętrza przedstawionym w ofercie Booking.com. Przyjechaliśmy do Katowic tylko na jedną noc, dlatego zależało nam właśnie na tych konkretnych cechach obiektu. Bez wcześniejszej informacji i bez uzyskania naszej zgody otrzymaliśmy jednak inny lokal niż ten, który został zarezerwowany. Zmiana została przedstawiona jako rozwiązanie zastępcze, mimo że stanowiła istotną modyfikację warunków zawartej umowy. Gdybyśmy zostali o niej poinformowani odpowiednio wcześniej, moglibyśmy świadomie zdecydować, czy akceptujemy takie warunki, czy też wybierzemy inny obiekt.

Największym rozczarowaniem okazała się lokalizacja faktycznie udostępnionego apartamentu. Zamiast mieszkania z ekspozycją zachodnią otrzymaliśmy lokal skierowany na wschód, przez co słońce od wczesnych godzin porannych mocno nagrzewało sypialnię. Problem był szczególnie odczuwalny ze względu na brak klimatyzacji. Dodatkowym źródłem dyskomfortu była całodobowa myjnia samochodowa znajdująca się bezpośrednio pod oknami. Przy konieczności spania przy uchylonych oknach hałas był słyszalny zarówno wieczorem, jak i w nocy, co znacząco obniżyło komfort wypoczynku. Sam apartament również wymaga dopracowania pod względem wyposażenia i stanu technicznego. W lokalu nie było żelazka ani suszarki do włosów, czyli elementów, które w obecnych realiach są standardem w obiektach oferowanych na wynajem krótkoterminowy. Dodatkowo uszkodzony termostat w baterii prysznicowej uniemożliwiał prawidłową regulację temperatury wody. W praktyce korzystanie z prysznica było możliwe jedynie przy bardzo ciepłej wodzie, co trudno uznać za komfortowe rozwiązanie. Biorąc pod uwagę nieuzgodnioną zmianę apartamentu, hałas dochodzący z zewnątrz, brak klimatyzacji oraz niedociągnięcia techniczne i wyposażeniowe, pobyt nie spełnił oczekiwań wynikających z oferty prezentowanej podczas rezerwacji. Tego typu sytuacje nie powinny mieć miejsca, szczególnie gdy gość dokonuje wyboru obiektu na podstawie konkretnych zdjęć, lokalizacji i opisu zamieszczonego w serwisie Booking.com.
