Absolutely beautiful room. Had everything and more. Spacious, stunning balcony, even had a washer/drier. Massive, comfortable bed. Exceeded our expectations. The guard at entrance was great. Cannot praise enough. Will come stay again!

All would have been fine if we received clean beds. The beds once you pulled back the comforter sheets were filled with hairs (short hairs from pets or human) and stains. Pillows were also disgusting and had stains on them. Thankfully we had travel blankets and pillows and utilized those for our stay. We had a packed itinerary and did not want to waste our time waiting around for the checkin person to be around to explain the situation. At checkout time only person available was the guard who was only able to get the keys and provide us our deposit. Sent an email with pics to customer service about receiving some kind of refund as a gesture of good faith for the unacceptable sleeping conditions and responded once and then ghosted me. Still have not heard back. There are many other places in great locations. Save yourself the uncleanliness experience and book elsewhere.

Place is located in walking distance of a lot of shops and food. My only issues was gps has a hard time getting here, Uber, taxis, delivery service. Also they don't have A/C 🤒 Rooftop terrace was awesome.
