Housekeeping daily js very nice and restock everything each day. Location is good and safe. Can be noisy due to the trams passing by, so ear plugs are helpful. Good food options nearby and easy to get to shopping area and duomo

The property is in a great location, walkable to the City Center and many restaurants. Parking is very hard in that area, but the hotel has arranged a reasonable parking fee with the shopping center across the street which was highly appreciative. Tatiana was at the recption desk the day we arrived and she answered all tests and phone calls in a timely manner to guide us to the hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and air-condiitoned in the summer months. I would highly recommend this hotel.
