Requirements:
1. Must have vehicle rated to tow at least 8,500 lbs
2. Must have trailer brake controller equipped on vehicle used for towing.
3. Must use provided weight/ stabilizing hitch.
4. Must camp in designated camping spots, and provide proof of camping reservation. (Will make special concessions for camping on private property if adequate information is provided).
5. All intended locations for the trailer must be fully disclosed, including bringing it back to your personal home or multiple stays, in different locations.
6. Off-roading of any kind is prohibited.
7. Awing must be retracted during any wind to avoid damage.
