Excellent location, close to the train station and a walkable distance from the main city attractions. Ugo greeted us at the property to welcome us to Florence, show us the apartment and provide some recommendations. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The place was clean and above a laundromat if we needed to do washing.

I really liked Gabriella came and met us to give the keys, a really appreciated and nice gesture in a world of PIN codes . It was great to hear Gabriella help us with suggestions for our stay and give a personal touch.
