• Great location.
• The air conditioning worked well.
• The apartment is quite spacious.
• The apartment was not properly cleaned. The floors were still very dirty even after the cleaning, to the point that our white socks turned black after walking around.
• There was not enough tableware or kitchen cloths.
• There were not enough garbage bags.
• There were no proper blankets and duvet covers available.
• We found a cockroach in the bathroom.
• Underwear from a previous guest was left inside the washing machine, which was quite unpleasant to find.
• There was an issue with the front door: it locks automatically from the outside, so it cannot be opened without a key. We accidentally left the keys inside and had to wait around 8–9 hours for the situation to be resolved. In the end, a specialist fixed the issue in about 10 minutes.
• Only one set of keys was provided for a large apartment, which is inconvenient when the property is suitable for more than two guests.
