it served the purpose for what we needed
the bathroom sink was located outside the bathroom- the view looking out the back window was a lot filled with wrecked rusting junk cars

Very spacious room.
Driveway has some pot holes that need some work but was able to avoid once I knew they were there. Room had a musty smell but went across the street to Dollar General and got some febreeze and an air freshener and was good for the week.
