Relatively new building, really good location, not too much walking to get wherever you want to go. We actually experienced earthquake, 4 on scale, no damage to anything that we were able to detect
You are really not suppose to use the balcony, it is difficult to get to the balcony, bed is just in-front of it and is discouraged by the landlord.
