The air conditioning was very poor, the room was like a sauna, we had to get up at 2am and open the door as it was too hot to sleep. No window in the room to let air in. The rest of the property was fantastic, the restaurant food excellent too.

came in from Pisa leaning tower. Had taken the train from Napoli where our primary location in italy is. the train is 6 hrs ride from Napoli so you want to stay over in Pisa after you've seen the tower and shopped.

Lovely stay. Loved the pool. Beautiful area. Quiet and and rural but still close to a lot of places to visit as day exkursions.
