The location was convenient to everything we needed. This condo is right on the beach with beautiful views of the oceanfront and Bayside. Lots to do here for families and couples alike.
This unit needs some maintenance and updating. A/C in master bedroom didn't seem adequate. Faucet in ensuite bathroom leaks onto vanity,when cold water is turned on. Mold along grout in bathroom, peeling paint and dirty plastic outdoor seating took away from this unit's value. A more nautical or ocean themed decor would create more aesthetic appeal. A fresh coat of paint would help tremendously. Also, get rid of the old plastic chair. Elevate the space with something more substantial such as wicker or webbed back chairs

Location and plenty of room . Ocean front was awesome.
We had hair in the floor of bathroom , had a mouse running around the room the entire time and the electrical outlet in bathroom shorted out almost causeing a fire.
