庭が広く、BBQ、花火、キャッチボール、バトミントン（持参）のびのび外で遊べました。卓球台もあり、雨が降っても室内で遊べて、子供達は、大満足でしたので、良かったです。
お皿が汚かったです。ゴミがお皿の間に入っていたり、汚れが付いてました。とても残念です。
卓球が好きな子供達は大喜びでしたが、部屋が狭く、小物置きに子供の背中を擦ってしまい、棚の角が危なかったです。高さがちょうど子供に当たる高さでした。
敷地内で、追いかけっこしてて、何かのふんを踏みました。外の水道が出なかったので、困りました。
