This 3-bedroom house is perfect for your game day retreat! The property is less than 3 miles from Davis Wade Stadium just on the outskirts of town. My husband and I had the opportunity to purchase and remodel the home (which I grew up in) and now we’d like to share it with you! Nestled on a peaceful 7 acre lot, this beautiful property offers a quiet escape yet is just minutes away from the buzz of town. The house has a covered front porch where you can sit and enjoy the peaceful morning scenery while drinking your coffee. The back deck offers spacious seating and enjoyable views of farm animals on adjoining properties. You can relax outside by the fire pit while watching a beautiful sunset!

Great property! Very clean, quiet, and safe. It was also very convenient to downtown Starkville. This is a perfect place to stay for a game weekend or even longer.

Everything was as described. Wish there would have been some toiletries in bathroom. Toilet paper was empty so had to search for that.

Perfect The location. The acreage the home the front porch Family gathering spot for the dachshund derby. Spent a lot of time outside enjoying the spring weather and flowers
