The location was great, metro is very close, lots of great bars and restaurants in the closest vicinity. Scenic neighborhood, the apartment has a pretty garden in front of it. The bed and pullout couch were super comfortable. Pretty good communication with the agency.
We had trouble entering the main building, the key or the door were damaged and we spent at least 10 minutes trying to get inside every time we came back. We only got a new key on our last night and it still didn’t work perfectly. The shower wasn’t cleaned properly, there was a bunch of stuff on the floor and walls. There were not any tablets left for the dishwasher and there was no sponge or detergent to wash dishes manually. The induction didn’t work properly, only one of the heaters can be used at the time. The toiler also didn’t flush properly, we sometimes had to wait 15 minutes for it to flush or fill up with water, so beware of that if traveling with a bunch of people.
