Most importantly: bed was super comfy and the shower had great pressure and temperature. This would actually be a perfect spot for doing some remote work -- the second bedroom had a desk and would be a great little temporary office. Having a kitchen was really nice, even though we mostly ate from food stalls and restaurants. Also in a really nice location to have all the benefits of Roma Norte while not being right in the middle of the noise. And very easy to get to a metro for further exploration.
It would've been nice to have a key to get into the property itself - having to ring the doorbell and make the security guard get up and let us in every time was a bit of a nuisance, but I suppose it's for security? We were also there for 5 nights and never had a change of towels, so that would've been appreciated.

There was no breakfast, and there was no room cleaning service. There was rationing of things like toilet paper and cleanex.
The second bedroom had a very small bed - too small to call a second bedroom.
