Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful and truly exceeded our expectations. From the very beginning, we felt exceptionally well looked after, and we would especially like to thank Moon and March, who were incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. Their warmth and professionalism made us feel genuinely special.
The hotel itself is of the highest standard. Our room was beautiful, spacious, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully designed in every detail. The view from the room was amazing and was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the large bathtub was the perfect place to relax after a full day of sightseeing.
We were also very pleasantly surprised by the room amenities. We were actually glad we did not bring our own Dyson on the trip, because the hotel even provided Dyson equipment in the room. It may seem like a small detail, but it perfectly reflects how much attention is paid to guests’ comfort.
One of the most memorable moments was when the hotel found out that we were on our honeymoon. The staff prepared a lovely surprise for us and beautifully decorated our room. We were not expecting it at all, and it was such a thoughtful gesture that made our stay and our honeymoon feel even more special.
The entire hotel is elegant, modern, and extremely comfortable. The staff are highly professional while also being genuinely warm and welcoming. Everything, from the quality of the room and amenities to the cleanliness and level of service, was truly outstanding.
We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an exceptional place to stay. We will definitely remember our time here for a long time. Once again, a huge thank you to Moon and March for taking such wonderful care of us and for making our honeymoon even more special!

Everything at this hotel was exceptional. This has made it to my top hotels (and I’ve traveled quite a bit). Location was central, service/housekeeping made our stay stand out (aside from the private pool in the room of course! I don’t think anything can beat this). We had a personal housekeeper, Nuonuo, who was just the best! Whenever we needed anything we just messaged her on WeChat and she helped right away. I will definitely be staying here next time I return.

Easy check in and fast, staff, walking us to our room, the little extras.
The western breakfast was all cold so my expectation was not meet, ar least have it known rhat it is cold before ordering but its very minor dislike
