Great view. Loved the proximity to both the pool and the beach. The grounds are very nice with pool, patios, and outdoor showers and grills. Balcony has a wonderful ocean view.. Stocked with beach chairs and toys for the kids

A/C died and it was very hot for my elderly family. But the owners/managers had the maintenance man in there very quickly. He was very nice and efficient, Allison well that ends well

Everything was as expected

Roofer made a mess, hydraulic oil and nails in parking lots. My fiance as well as myself slipped on the oil she bruised her right forearm ruined her tennis shoes

The location is premium with restaurants and shows very close. The condo is located in a section that is quiet and residential homes close by which equates to an uncrowded beach. Interior is clean and amply supplied. The owner has good communication during the stay to ensure everything is ok.

The only issue we had was the mattress is worn and sunk in middle. This is definitely not a deal breaker as the condo has so many positives to offer.
