The location for Florence main town was great with a 15 min walk to the town cathedral. Also within a 5 min walk from the apartment there is a local market selling the best fresh vegetables, fruit, cheese and meats. In addition there is a vibrant bar and restaurant area just down the road, (Check out Articolo 17 Florence's real beer tap house) just past the market on the left. The apartment was very welcoming as was our host, spotlessly clean and met all our requirements without doubt. The host was available by WhatsApp and answered some questions offering advice swiftly. Nice decor and refurbished property. The host welcomed us nicely. He also brought toilet rolls when we requested. Spacious rooms with good equipment. Quiet residential area. Buses are generally convenient to get to places.
Just be aware that there’s stairs to get to the first floor. No lift. No washing machine, but a few laundromats are nearby. They only took coins and withdrawals from an ATM might cost some fees.
Though I was aware, the location is a little off main attractions so you need to take buses or walk a little to get to places.

Apartamento reformado, limpo e muito bem localizado. E ainda possui dois banheiros, que facilitou a logística da minha família de 4 pessoas adultas.

The apartment is located a few blocks from everything, very easy to get to the main city attractions. The apartment was spotless and very comfortable. Philip is a great host.
