We loved the neighborhood, quiet and near the station, bed was comfortable for those used to western style beds, easy to get to from the Narita airport, and it was nice to have a washing machine to wash our clothes after hot days.
The station is a little further out from most attractions, so just be aware for travel time.
Shower was a bit confusing especially if you’ve never used a Japanese shower before. The directions are helpful for using the water heater, but there probably needs to be more specific directions on turning the water on.

The bed was very comfortable, the environment was clean, and the facilities were well-equipped. The location was also very convenient, with great access to transportation and plenty of nearby amenities.
The bathroom was a little small, but it didn’t affect how much I liked this place at all.
