Very clean newly refurbished property. Met our needs for the match at Anfield. Parking outside was a bonus. Friendly neighbour gave us a lift to the stadium.

Considerate touchs, well equipped, good communication.
It was dirty and shabby. In need of a deep clean. There were cobwebs on the ceilings/walls, the coffee machine was filthy. Areas of kitchen eg under chopping board, edges of work surfaces and dish for coffee/tea hadn’t been cleaned. Dust on towel rails, didn’t want to use it. Half used food items in fridge which think had been left for us to use were off putting, nobody wants someone’s half used slab of butter. Bathroom needs renovation.
Noisy neighbours, rough area (though this was to be fair for us to check).
