Location, facilities, balcony
The apartment itself was excellent. But one thing nearly ruined our stay. When we got there the lift was broken. The apartment is on the 6th floor so we had to climb 6 flights of stairs. My wife, in her 70s and with knee trouble, really struggled with this and was not happy. If we had known we couldn't use the lift we would not have booked it. And if the lift is broken we should have been given the option to cancel for free.

The accommodation was so comfortable it has 3 double bedrooms that are all furnished nicely, the king size room has a walk in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom which I found amazing and the beds wore super comfortable, there was also board games left for us to use which we found a nice touch. the heating was easy to work and found the check in to be smooth and easy to reach the key lock box , Michael was great point of contact the location is also great.
There was workers in the building which caused a very loud noise disturbance from 8:30am which wasn’t ideal as we had rebooked an extra hour late check out to accommodate for more sleep which we didn’t get to have

We paid for an early check in. We arrived and the apartment had not been cleaned. When it was “cleaned” it was not great.
