The hotel looks new and overall it was a good stay. Everything was fine except for one major issue: there was a very strong urine smell in our room. When we complained, they sent someone to spray an air freshener, but that did not solve the problem. We were told the hotel was fully booked and they could not move us to another room.
Unfortunately, my husband ended up cleaning the area himself with a towel to get rid of the odor. At the very least, the hotel staff could have properly cleaned the room. If this issue had not occurred, our stay would have been perfect.
Just be aware that if you encounter a problem, the hotel may not be able to resolve it adequately.

Place was great. The rooftop and gym was especially nice. The restaurant food was actually fantastic—best hotel food I’ve had.
My only small complaint regarded the location and transit options, which were limited. The train, which was a 15 minute walk away, was unreliable and broken down on our first day, but it operated relatively fine after that.
Thank you to the staff, we appreciate your accommodation.

The staff was friendly. The cleaning crew were really efficient and made sure our room was up to standard every time. The pool was outdoor and it was very clean and well maintained. We loved this hotel and will be back!
